1. Definitions

“Site” — the psycon.net web resource and its subdomains.

“Organizer” — Individual Entrepreneur Olga Korolik and/or Individual Entrepreneur Ihor Korolik (hereinafter referred to as IE Korolik).

“User” / “Participant” — an individual who accepts the terms of this Legal Information and/or makes a payment.

“Ticket” / “Access” — electronic confirmation of the right to participate in an event or view video materials.

“Payment Service Provider” — any authorized payment processor, including WayForPay, Stripe, PayPal, or other licensed systems used for secure online transactions.

“Program” — any seminar, webinar, course, or recording offered by the Organizer.

2. Public Offer

2.1. Subject

The Organizer provides the User with paid access to the selected Program in accordance with the chosen ticket or tariff.

2.2. Acceptance

Successful payment through any authorized payment service provider constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.

The User is responsible for providing accurate contact information during registration.

2.3. Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to comply with the participation and conduct rules (see § 3).

The Organizer has the right to suspend access in case of violations.

The Organizer undertakes to provide access to the Program within the declared timeframe.

It is prohibited to copy, record, or distribute materials without the written consent of the copyright holder.

2.4. Liability and Force Majeure

The Parties shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay caused by force majeure, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or power outages (see § 10).

4. Ordering and Payment Procedure

4.1. Procedure

  1. Select the Program on the Site.

  2. Complete the order form.

  3. Make payment via the available payment system (WayForPay / Stripe / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay).

  4. Receive an automatic email confirmation and status update in your Personal Account.

4.2. Payment Security

All payments are processed through certified providers that comply with PCI DSS Level 1, support 3-D Secure v2, and encrypt data using TLS 1.2 or higher.

PsyCon does not store user payment data.

5. Payment Recipient Details

Payments may be processed by one of the following authorized entities, depending on the user’s region:

Applicable taxes (VAT/IVA) depend on the billing country and payment channel.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

The payment provider’s commission (acquiring fee) is non-refundable.

Refund requests must be sent to support@psycon.net with the subject line “Refund”.

Review period — up to 14 calendar days.

7. Personal Data Protection

PsyCon processes personal data in compliance with applicable international and local data protection laws, including:

The Organizer processes: full name, e-mail, phone number, IP address, and transaction data (via the payment processor).

Purpose: fulfillment of contractual obligations, communication (with consent), analytics, and issuance of certificates.

Data retention period: 5 years or longer if required by tax or financial regulations.

Data may be shared only with authorized partners (payment processors and mailing providers).

Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data by contacting support@psycon.net.

Marketing emails are sent only with explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to Program content belong to the lecturers and/or the Organizer.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or transfer materials without written permission.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in suspension of access and legal liability.

9. Liability and Technical Limitations

The User is responsible for their internet connection, equipment, and software.

The Organizer is not liable for interruptions, delays, or access issues caused by the User or third parties.

The Organizer’s total liability is limited to the actual ticket price paid.

The Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or reputation.

Users must not use VPNs, proxies, or any technology to bypass content protection.

Access to materials is limited to personal educational use within the purchased Program.

10. Force Majeure

In case of war, natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, or other force majeure events, the Organizer may postpone the event or provide a recording.

Each case is handled individually and in good faith.

11. Changes to Legal Information

The Organizer reserves the right to update this Legal Information as needed.

The current version is published on the Site.

In case of significant changes, Users will be notified by email at least 5 days before they take effect.
